Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our sales team based in Singapore.

You will be responsible for:-

  • Identifying and generating new leads from target business segments
  • Converting new leads to pipelines
  • Strategizing and executing activities to penetrate into the target segments
  • Seeking and developing further market knowledge through engagement with clients, and apply information back to the business and Sales team
  • Work closely with Marketing as part of sales deliverables, and participate in client and trade events
  • Producing and reporting your measurable sales activities results on a weekly basis

To be successful in this role, you would need to be/have:-

  • A sales hunter – self-motivated and possess aggressive sales personality in achieving results
  • 5+ years of on-quota, B2B sales experience in a highly competitive market
  • Proven successful track record of closing business, selling software licenses/subscriptions
  • A consultative and customer-centric sales approach
  • A skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Well versed in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (SalesForce experience is advantageous)

This role reports to Global Head of Sales and it’s a full-time on-site position to be based in our Head Office in Singapore.
