OVERVIEW

The Enterprise Sales Manager of EMEA is responsible for driving Ground Labs’ business growth across the EMEA market primarily targeting enterprise organization through direct engagement within assigned territory. This role is responsible for ensuring assigned revenue target is met across the region. The Enterprise Sales Manager is aligned to Ground Labs overarching business goal of strong revenue growth year-on-year and will implement revenue strategies that consider both short term and long-term needs. Candidate must understand complex solution selling and has outstanding English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and converting enterprise security software opportunities.
  • Build and execute sales plans.
  • Manage and grow new and existing customers across the region.
  • Be involved at various trade shows and conferences including being a company ambassador/ representative, delivering public presentations and educational sessions to build awareness of Ground Labs products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years sales experience and at least 5 of which are software sales experience.
  • IT security compliance industry experience a bonus.
  • Proven track record in achieving 1 million Euro target in a recent 12 month period.
  •  Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Willing to work in a non-structured environment that requires a hands-on approach.
  • This role requires at least 50% travelling in the EMEA region.
