Stephen has deep security domain expertise with a focus on electronic payments and data security compliance. He is a frequent speaker at industry events such as PrivSec Global, and his expert analysis has been featured in media outlets including the Financial Times, Entrepreneur, SiliconANGLE, among others. He is also a member of the Entrepreneur Leadership Network and Forbes Technology Council.
Prior to Ground Labs, Stephen held leadership positions at Paycorp, an integrated electronic payments solution provider acquired by MYOB. Stephen also served in engineering roles with Webpay, a payment services provider later acquired by Fidelity, and Webtel, an early Australian ISP
Don has extensive technology sales and marketing management experience, with leadership roles at companies in EMEA, North America and Asia. Most recently, he served as chief commercial officer for data analytics firm Exasol, where he had companywide profit and loss responsibility, and oversaw global sales and marketing with a specific focus on the North American, European and UK markets. Don has global leadership experience within the software industry, including time at Apple and nearly 14 years in sales leadership and corporate management roles at Microsoft.
As Ground Labs’ Head of Human Resources, Daphne is responsible for overseeing the development of the company’s global human resources strategy and programs, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits and training.
Daphne brings over 15 years of human resources experience with a proven ability to develop relationships and support employees across different levels within an organization. Prior to joining Ground Labs in 2018, Daphne held manager positions at Intergraph Process Power and Offshore Pte and Lexmark International, where she directed the human resources functions for the Asia Pacific region.
