For the second consecutive year, Ground Labs is proud to announce that our Enterprise Recon PRO offering has won a Global InfoSec Award for 2021 from Cyber Defense Magazine (CDM), in the category of “Cutting Edge in Classification and Risk Mapping.” Announced during RSA Conference, this honor follows last year’s recognition as the “Best Next-Gen Data Discovery Solution.”

At Ground Labs, our mission has always been to develop technology that enables our customers to discover, identify and secure all of their sensitive data, and this award is a true testament to our continued commitment to deliver on this promise.

Not only is remediating sensitive data an important part of becoming compliant, but risk assessments are a core component to GDPR and must be done regularly. We designed Enterprise Recon with this in mind, prioritizing risk mapping and classification capabilities to help our customers gain a better understanding of the data they store, who it belongs to, and the level of risk that surrounds it. This recognition is a great testament to our technology’s alignment to today’s most complex and critical compliance challenges.

“Ground Labs embodies three major features we judges look for to become winners: understanding tomorrow’s threats, today, providing a cost-effective solution and innovating in unexpected ways that can help stop the next breach,” said Gary S. Miliefsky, Publisher of Cyber Defense Magazine.

Congratulations to the talented team at Ground Labs for achieving such an honor for the second consecutive year. I’m proud of our success in providing industry-leading data discovery solutions and I look forward to further helping our customers on their journey to data compliance.
